What if my order is damaged? 
If a product is damaged product or manufacturing error, Printify will offer a free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days of product delivery. 
What if I ordered the wrong size? 
Since the t-shirts are made on demand, you will need to order again to get the correct size. Returning the shirt to Printify is not an option, particularly if the wrong size or color is ordered. 
What if my order never arrives? 
After significant investigation and substantial proof of error or unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a reprint.
