"The Urgency of Equity" is an Ignite I wrote and created after being asked to present one for the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Annual Conference 2022 held in Los Angeles, CA. Requirements: A 5-minute talk with 20 15-second nonstop slides. Hosted by Dr. Kristopher Childs, I was the first of eight speakers to present (Friday, Sept. 30 at the Los Angeles Convention Center).
